Our Free Sports & Fitness Camps reach capacity every year. We are working to expand our programs so we can include more youth and we need YOUR help.
Giving kids a way to exercise and socialize is more important now than ever before. And yet, camps are expensive and often not accessible, which is why so many kids end up waitlisted.
SUMMER CAMP
At DSAL Summer Camp, children get the chance to have a fun and educational experience with their peers. Activities include sports, arts and crafts, and more! This is a FREE Camp!
Open to ages 10-15. DSAL Coaches will lead campers through boxing and fitness drills and games.
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Location: DSAL Boxing Academy
Donations help us pay our coaches a fair wage, while they supervise the youth in our programs. If you can contribute to support our free programming, it goes a long way in helping us offer services to more youth. Every bit helps, and your donations are tax deductible!
ON THE GREEN - GOLF & PLAY CAMP
Our Golf Camp for kids 10-16 was presented in partnership with Corica Park. Kids had the opportunity to work on their golf skills and get coached by both PGA certified and collegiate level golf instructors. Transportation was provided to and from the course, and breakfast & lunch were provided. This program has a low coach-to-camper ratio, providing a focus on youth development. Activities include Foot-golf, Disc-golf, and other games.

HEALTH & FITNESS AND PUBLIC SAFETY
Summer Camp offers youth a safe place to interact with peers, and a fun outlet for physical fitness, sportsmanship, cooperation, and the development of social and life skills through team sports and activities.
With team cooperation and social skill building at the center of our programs, DSAL is building lifelong wellness habits and community-based support systems for the unincorporated areas that have a dramatic lack of free health and fitness options.
